This is an exciting and challenging position for a highly motivated and energetic individual who will play a pivotal role in engaging with new and existing 118 118 Money customers. You must enjoy working in a very fast-paced, highly flexible, progressive environment. Based in Makati and reporting directly to the 118 118 Money Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner via both phone and live chat.
The ideal candidate is dynamic and flexible and has experience in the financial services industry. Sales and customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential.
Each team member is expected to fully understand our customers’ questions and resolve them whilst adhering to lending regulations and providing a positive customer experience.
