    This is an exciting and challenging position for a highly motivated and energetic individual who will play a pivotal role in engaging with new and existing 118 118 Money customers. You must enjoy working in a very fast-paced, highly flexible, progressive environment. Based in Makati and reporting directly to the 118 118 Money Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner via both phone and live chat.
    The ideal candidate is dynamic and flexible and has experience in the financial services industry. Sales and customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential.
    Each team member is expected to fully understand our customers’ questions and resolve them whilst adhering to lending regulations and providing a positive customer experience. We look for team players with an understanding of financial services and what motivates our customers. We welcome forward-thinkers who are comfortable dealing with people directly in order to develop and manage profitable relationships in a competitive environment.


    • Deliver a high level of customer service and represent the brand appropriately at first point of contact.
    • Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organization and provide both a reliable and trustworthy customer service.
    • Provide a timely response to inquiries, requests, and complaints of customers through the use of different mediums such as voice, chat and email.
    • Provide assistance to all our customers from potential to those that are already on their application journey seeking application status.
    • Promote the lending business, its products and services, to build the highest and best reputation with its customers.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.


    • College degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Prior experience in a BPO/Care industry handling voice/ email/ chat platforms is required. Experience of providing customer service to UK (or US) consumers is essential. FS experience is of strong preference, but not essential.
    • Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees. Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy.The ability to make sound decisions. This may include making on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions
    • Ability to multitask. Should have the patience and the ability to handle pressure. Good problem-solving skills.
    • Must be willing to work on a mid-afternoon shift, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must be willing to work in Makati City.
