    Launched in 2013, we came to shake up the traditional UK financial services industry with our unsecured personal loan product. Always looking to challenge the status quo, we also recently launched the 118 118 Money Card, the first ever subscription-based credit card on the market.

    The ideal candidate will have a good academic background, and experience in financial services FP&A or strategy roles.  They will possess strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills and have an intuitive understanding of the business drivers and metrics that affect revenue and results.  

    To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be detailed oriented, possess strong communications skills and be able to work closely with senior management.

    Responsibilities

    • Undertake monthly process of updating financial forecast model for actual activity and planned initiatives.
    • Produce financial and performance analysis for monthly board performance pack
    • Take ownership of deep-dive analysis into ad-hoc business issues, and present findings back to senior management.
    • Analysis of key business performance drivers such as revenue, arrears and costs.
    • Partnering management from across the business to provide analysis to drive performance.
    • Support the FP&A team in developing financial models for new and existing business lines
    • Partner MI team to ensure loan management system data is reconciled to finance databases
    • Production of weekly KPI’s for presentation to operating committee
