You’ll be working with teams across the organisation to deliver key integration projects with credit reference agencies for our Loans business.


    You’ll need to be a strong communicator in order to collaborate with your product & development peers, technical team, senior management and operations. In addition, you must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and an analytical mind to ensure no stone is unturned when delivering a project.

    • End to end delivery of a project through the delivery lifecycle from the point of inception onto the portfolio, at the end the scoping stage, and managing delivery supported by appropriate governance and methodology.
    • Monitor and control the project in terms of cost, time, quality and benefits, ensuring the delivery of all project artefacts to agreed scope, and agreed milestones and assure quality standards using governance and review authorities as appropriate.
    • Use appropriately established governance processes e.g. Change Control, Risk Management Reporting & Financial Management.
    • Ensure effective stakeholder management for relationships across the 118 118 Money team at all levels and associated external 3rd party partners, and other suppliers to ensure effective delivery.
    • Manage transition into BAU and final handover to business owners.


    • Experience planning and managing large and complex projects which significantly affect the whole organisation alongside the ability to apply Agile principles to project delivery. 
    • Experience in delivering projects within financial services industry with multiple work streams and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in writing detailed project plans and proactively managing RAID.
    • Formal Project Management qualification such as PMP, Prince 2 etc. are advantageous.
    • Experience in working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and KanBan as well as Agile toolkits such as Jira and Confluence.
    • Comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels ensuring that actions and tasks are completed.
    • Proactive by nature, deadline-conscious, results-driven, with a “can-do” orientation and winning attitude.
